Born in Slovakia, Adam Csoka Keller is a film director. Moving fluidly between genres, Adam often explores the theme of otherness in his work carrying a strong social message. Whether it’s challenging perceptions of classical ballet through the choreography of dancers with Down syndrome, examining state control and uniformity or bringing drag to the opera. His work tackles prejudice through the lens of a reimagined society, resulting in a tangible utopia of equality.
He has collaborated with some of the world’s most renowned cultural institutions and publishers, including the ICA ( Institute of Contemporary Arts )- London, FRIEZE Art Fair, Kunsthalle Basel, Royal Opera House, NOWNESS and DAZED.
